How to Add Your Birthday

Step 1

Visit blendzapparel.com/pages/rewards and log in with Shop to create or access your Blendz Rewards account. If you already have an account, skip to Step 2.

Step 2

Once logged in, select Rewards from the navigation menu.

Step 3

Select Birthday Reward and enter your birth date. Your 75-point reward will be delivered automatically on your birthday each year.
